Kindly let us know any discrepancy with a detailed explanation within 24 hours upon the delivery of the gift basket.
If an item was damaged during shipment or delivered faulty, or we made an error in spelling or size, these gift boxes will be fixed and replaced with no additional cost attached.
Gift boxes must be returned unopened, unused, in original packaging, in the same condition they were received. Returned items must arrive without missing products and with the original packing slip or a copy.
Kindly note that it is the sender’s responsibility to provide correct shipping information during the placement of the order.
If items were not delivered due to:
- The item was refused at the time of delivery
- An incorrect address was provided
- the address is incomplete (missing apartment number, returned or misrouted due to incorrect recipient shipping information submitted such as name, address, zip code, or telephone
- Recipient moved or nobody is at home
If any of the abovementioned situations happen, the gift will be returned to us, and we will notify the sender by phone or Email.
There may be a charge for the second delivery attempt.
If we don’t make redelivery arrangements within 30 days of the return, the item will be considered abandoned.
